By accessing or using the Sarmays website, creating an account, or using any Sarmays software product (including ChampBox), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Sarmays" refers to the company operating this website and developing the software.
• "ChampBox" refers to the guitar and bass amplifier simulation plugin software.
• "Service" refers to the website, user accounts, license management, and software products.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Service.
• "License" refers to the right to use the Software granted under these terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Software License

Upon valid purchase or acquisition of a license, Sarmays grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ChampBox on up to three (3) computers simultaneously, for personal or commercial music production purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or license key.
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels.
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Free Version

Sarmays may offer a free version of ChampBox with limited features. The free version is provided "as is" and may include restrictions on the number of available amp models, pedal effects, or other functionality. The free version is subject to the same terms as the paid version.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Sarmays and ChampBox are owned by Sarmays. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. Any audio content you create using ChampBox is your own property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and Software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sarmays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
